Cancellation / Refund Policy : |

| Security deposit fully refundable pending fines or problems with house. Deposit monies only refundable if we can re-rent your week for the same amount, otherwise you would get the difference.

Renter must bring linens, including all fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillow cases, and towels.
